Emergency Small Animal Veterinarian – Northern California
East Bay Veterinary Specialists and Emergency (EBVSE), located in Walnut Creek, are looking for a full time emergency clinician. EBVSE is a 24/7 multi-specialty, emergency and critical care hospital in the San Francisco bay area.
Shifts will include both graveyard and occasional swing. The flexible schedule will permit emergency doctors two weekends and one full week off every month. Our well established internship program allows opportunity for mentorship as well as additional assistance handling the high case volume.

Registered and Non-Registered Small Animal Veterinary Technicians
East Bay Veterinary Specialty and Emergency, a full service 24-hour hospital, is seeking both emergency and specialty veterinary technicians. We are a busy hospital with a strong technical staff and opportunities for professional growth.
Applicants should have an RVT license in good standing or veterinary technician experience. Applicants must be able to meet the following qualifications:
Feel comfortable working independently and with other people
Triage patients, perform outpatient procedures and care for intensive care inpatients
Process laboratory samples such as blood, urine, free fluid, and fine needle aspirates
Feel comfortable administering sedatives and anesthetic agents and monitoring these patients
Perform humane low-stress restraint
Be familiar with medical calculations and radiographic techniques and safety
Proficiency in venipuncture is required
Enthusiasm and a desire to learn and advance in their profession
